STUDIO

Our new purpose built studio has the addition of an API The Box 2 with 8 additional API mic pres (giving us now 15 API channels, and 32 total channels of high quality mic pres) plus 16 channels of analog summing. Also, we now have the top of the line Focal Trio 11 studio monitors.

The studio was acoustically treated professionally by Music City Acoustics and of the all Mogami wiring was installed by Skinnyfish Audio.

Our large (620 Square ft.) live room is great for shooting a live video. All of the lighting in the studio uses the Phillips Hue system with millions of colors and can be customized to your liking.

Fitting Room Studio is a comfortable, creative place with a great vibe where we help artists realize their creative potential.

We record to Pro Tools, and everything we do captures the warmth and vibe of your performance. We accomplish this by starting with great sounds and using great mics, mic pres and high quality A/D conversion, and outboard analog gear, and analog summing through our API The Box. 2.

We have outboard gear such as. UA 1176, Empirical Labs (3 Distressors), Retro 176, Avalon 747, Serpent Audio Splice (2 units), Rupert Neve Master Bus Transformer, Manley ELOP, Shadow Hills Mono Optograph, Black Lion Bluey 1176, Inward Connections Brute, Kemper, and more.

Outboard Effects: Kurzweil Rumour, Lexicon MPX 500.

Converters: Avid HD I/O (3 units for 48 channels). Monitoring controller is an Antelope Satori.

MONITORING

Control Room monitors are Focal Trio 11's , Yamaha NS 10m's, and Avantone Mixcubes as well as a Bose Wave Radio.

For studio monitoring we use the 16 channel Behringer P16 system with 10 individual monitoring mixers.

SOFTWARE

We use Pro Tools Ultimate HDX for recording and editing.

For plugins we use the latest from Universal Audio (Octo and Quad cards), Avid, Waves, SoundToys, McDSP, Plugin Alliance, Altiverb, Valhalla, SoftTube, Lexicon, Fabfilter, Arturia Vintage keys, XLN Addictive Keys, Slate, and more.

INSTRUMENTS

We have a Yamaha U1 upright piano, various guitars available, Yamaha S90S 88 key weighted keyboard, rack mount Mellotron Ludwig Legacy Mahogany and DW Performance Series 4 piece drum kits with choice of 3 snares (Sugar Percussion, Supraphonic, or DW).

We have a Vox AC30 (Handwired), Fender Hot Rod Deluxe Special Edition, Fender Supersonic 60, Fender Hot Rod Deville (4 x 10") with Fromel Modification, Marshall JVM 410 with vintage 1970's 4x12"cabinet or modern 1960A 4x12, Fender '65 Reissue Princeton Reverb, 1970's Ampeg B-15N bass amp, and the Kemper Profiling Amplifier, but feel free to bring your amp of choice.
